Thank you very much everyone for a decent stay for my business trip. Its staff was courteous and exceptional. Lobby bar was there. Loved this budget hotel, and I will certainly stay here again.

Everything there were good, including simply wonderfulfacilities. The rooms with weights and coffee machine, for instance.

Good-sized and brand-new rooms with a refrigerator and coffee machine. Marvellous location; very helpful and super friendly staff. - Walking distance to a market and gift stores across the street.

Easy to find in downtown, specially when walking.

The AC was a little loud, and the water pipes are too noisy

The bell staff and shuttle drivers were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The location was great.

Numerous housekeeping issues, inadequately addressed. Debris left on floor from prior guests? Stained bed linens. Food Safety and sanitation were a big concern, dirty service ware in inhouse restaurant, foreign body (large rubber object) in milk shake from room service. No personal follow up from hotel management regarding issues. Positively the worst stay I have ever had anywhere let alone a Westin.

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of delicious food. the room we booked had a nice, large window with a fantastic view of the stadium. - the hotel's location was excellent, just a short distance from PNC Park Baseball Stadium.

I expected room to be more luxurious, with an updated bathroom and more comfortable bed.

The staff were so welcoming and nice...very helpful. Perfect location for any convention center meeting. Convention food was outstanding.

The room service menu is very limited and franky not very good.

This hotel is fantastic and fairly clean. the staff are extremely gracious. - the location is favorable to the convention center. - the rooms are modern and updated, with a coffee machine and comfortable bed. - the lobby bar is large.

For $300 a night parking should have been included.

The hotel staff was immensely pleasant. the room was well-appointed with a large bathroom including a shower, hairdryer, and bathrobes. - the central location is near a multi-purpose indoor arena and in the cultural area with restaurants and attractions like the Andy Warhol Museum and the PPG Paints Arena.
