I had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Andy Warhol Museum and enjoying walks around the PPG Place during my stay. The breakfast buffet had such a wonderful selection that it was the perfect way to start my day. just remember that while the hotel provides a great suite experience, housekeeping could use some attention.

Check-in was a bit of a pickle. they mixed up my room arrangement and I didn't get what I booked. It made things a tad rocky, but at least the room was clean and I appreciated the toiletries provided.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was poor due to a mix-up with my reservation, and the staff was not very accommodating during this process. The elevators had some confusion, making navigation difficult at times, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Nice stay, but parking is a pain

Had a decent time here. The lobby's cozy with lots of places to chill out. A big fireplace that was perfect for cold nights. Our room was okay, but the bathroom could use some TLC. Parking was super frustrating, though. the fees were way too high for what you got. Loved the in-room breakfast, but wish the bathroom was in better shape.
